Clarence and Alicia began their journey as husband and wife on July 4th, 1998. They now have four beautiful children and reside in the Greater OKC area.
Clarence is an author, speaker, marriage coach, and community leader. He currently serves as President and Founder of Leadership Culture, Executive Director of Eye to Eye, inc., Faith Based Community Consultant for the Oklahoma City County Health Department, Family Pastor at Antioch Community Church in Norman, a member of the board of FPIO (Family Policy Institute of Oklahoma), and a member of the Oklahoma State Advisory Group Board on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
Clarence trains in the area of leadership and personal development. He is committed to discovering untapped leadership potential that will make a difference in marginalized communities and in the areas of our most difficult social conflicts, like race relations. He also facilitates strategic city collaboratives, forums, conferences, and campaigns.
Clarence has been a repeated guest on the Fox Morning Show, featured several times in The Oklahoman, and led public rallies to promote "what we are for" instead of "what we are against".
